Donation Refund Policy | One Puppy At A Time

1. General Principle Regarding Donations

One Puppy At A Time is a recognized 501(c)(3) tax-exempt animal welfare and puppy rescue organization established in May 2014. Because contributions are immediately designated to fund emergency veterinary surgeries, puppy formula, vaccines, and foster nurseries, voluntary donations are generally non-refundable under standard charitable practices.

We deeply appreciate every supporter and uphold the highest standards of financial integrity, donor stewardship, and animal welfare ethics.

2. Circumstances Eligible for Refund Review

While gifts are generally non-refundable, One Puppy At A Time will gladly review refund requests under the following exceptional circumstances:

Technical Billing Errors: If a technical fault or processing error resulted in duplicate transactions or an incorrect amount charged.
Unauthorized Transactions: If your credit card, debit card, or payment account was used fraudulently without your authorization.
Erroneous Input: If an unintended donation amount was entered (e.g., $500 instead of $50) and reported to us promptly within 30 calendar days of the transaction date.

3. Recurring Gift Cancellations

Monthly Puppy Heroes may cancel recurring monthly contributions at any time without penalty or advance fee. Cancellation requests take effect immediately for all future billing cycles. If a recurring charge occurred within 7 days prior to cancellation and was unintended, a refund for that most recent cycle may be requested.

4. 30-Day Request Window

All refund inquiries must be submitted in writing within 30 calendar days of the original transaction timestamp. Requests made after this 30-day period cannot be processed as funds are directly disbursed to active puppy veterinary care and nursery supplies.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request assistance or initiate a refund, please provide your Full Name, Email Address, Date of Transaction, and Confirmation Code through our official inquiry channels. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
